In the last few days, two predictions have come to pass: California voters passed Prop. 50, the measure that changes congressional district lines in ways that favor Democrats. And, as of Wednesday morning, the Golden State GOP sued to block those changes.
What comes next? Legal experts told Isaiah Poritz that it will be hard for Republicans to successfully argue that the new district lines are unconstitutionally designed to favor Latinos over other races.
