Taft Brings Aboard Three-Partner Group in Denver from Stinson

Robert Botts Jr., Zane Gilmer, and Selena Samale joined Taft as partners in Denver, the firm announced Monday.

Botts advises mining and energy companies, commercial lending and financial institutions, and privately-held businesses, navigating them through corporate compliance, commercial transactions, capital raises, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, operational matters, and corporate governance. He focuses on serving clients in industries important to Colorado and the broader Mountain West, the firm said.
