George Jenkins joined Arnold & Porter as a partner in its corporate & finance practice in London, the firm announced Monday.
Jenkins joins from Covington & Burling, where he was special counsel. He represents companies across the biotech, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and digital health industries, guiding them through collaborations, joint ventures, IP licensing, and co-development arrangements, Arnold & Porter said.
