Accenture Retains $1.4 Billion IT Award to Support Army Corps

Accenture Federal Services can perform a $1.4 billion enterprise IT task order for the US Army Corps of Engineers, the GAO said in a decision made public on Monday.

Science Applications International Corp. failed to show in its protest that the US General Services Administration, which made the award decision, erred in its technical evaluation or engaged in disparate treatment of proposals, the US Government Accountability Office said.

The challenged procurement is referred to as cyber, automation, systems, technology and lifecycle enterprise network services, or CASTLE-NET. The winning contractor will support the Army Corps’ Office of the Chief Information Officer. ...
