Colorado crisis pregnancy centers will be able to offer a procedure intended to “reverse” pill-induced abortions after a federal trial court judge held the state can’t enforce a first-of-its-kind state ban against them.

Judge Daniel D. Domenico, who previously blocked enforcement while the case played out, said Friday that the evidence submitted during discovery only strengthened the faith-based medical providers’ argument that the ban violates their constitutional right to freely practice religion.
