Fire Truck Price-Fixing Litigation Consolidated in Wisconsin

A series of cases that accuse manufacturers including Oshkosh Corp., REV Group, and Rosenbauer America LLC of a nationwide conspiracy to inflate the price of fire trucks will be moved to the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation in an April 3 order transferred a dozen lawsuits pending in states including New Jersey, Massachusetts and Wisconsin to the court, tapping Judge William C. Griesbach to preside.
