Two ship design firms were dismissed from litigation alleging they conspired with others to suppress the pay of naval engineers through an unwritten “gentlemen’s agreement,” adding to a growing list of defendants freed from the case.
The engineer plaintiffs on Thursday filed stipulations for the voluntary dismissal of Tridentis LLC and Columbia Group in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. The stipulations don’t affect the claims plaintiffs have against any other defendant in the litigation, including CACI International Inc., Bollinger Shipyards LLC, and Thor Solutions LLC.
