U.K.’s CMA Invites Comments on Microsoft-Nuance Deal by Jan. 10

The U.K.’s Competition and Markets Authority is considering whether Microsoft’s Nuance Communications deal could lead to a “substantial lessening of competition within any market or markets” in the U.K. for goods or services, according to a filing.
