Jocelyn Chow joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a national security and antitrust partner in its Hong Kong office, the firm announced Tuesday.
Chow’s practice focuses on antitrust and trade matters. She advises multinational corporations on compliance counselling, internal investigations, and government-led investigations and enforcement matters, in addition to regulated transactions involving antitrust, economic and trade sanctions, export controls, import controls, and foreign investment controls, the firm said.
She joins from Eversheds Sutherland, according to her LinkedIn profile.
