McKinsey Sees Gen AI Adding Up to $100 Billion to Africa Economy

The use of generative artificial intelligence could unlock $61 billion to $103 billion in economic value to Africa yearly, Mayowa Kuyoro, who leads the financial services practice in Africa for McKinsey & Company, tells reporters at the Africa CEO Forum in Abidjan, the commercial hub of Ivory Coast.
