Nvidia Chip Sales to G42, Humain Approved by Commerce Department

US Commerce Department says in a statement it has approved the export of up to 35,000 Nvidia Blackwell chips each to Saudi Arabia’s Humain and UAE’s G42.

• Commerce comments in an emailed statement
• Approvals are conditioned on both companies meeting “rigorous security and reporting requirements,” Commerce says
• Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security is “engaging” with the companies about the requirements and will monitor compliance
