OpenEvidence Inc. reached a settlement to end its lawsuit accusing Veracity Health Inc. of violating its terms of service to improperly gain access to and obtain information from its medical-AI product, leaving just a single suit left after it filed a trio of complaints against competitors this year.
OpenEvidence’s counsel told the US District Court for the Northern District of California it and Veracity Health reached a settlement in a letter filed Oct. 31, which said they expect to reach final terms within 30 days.
