Starbucks Is Latest Firm to Say Labor Board Unconstitutional (2)

Starbucks Corp. has joined the growing list of high-profile companies that have responded to allegations of labor law violations by arguing the National Labor Relations Board is unconstitutional.

The coffee giant followed Elon Musk’s SpaceX, grocery chain Trader Joe’s, and online retailer Amazon.com Inc. with its own claims against the NLRB in a brief docketed Feb. 17 in an ongoing case involving stores in the Phoenix area.
