Ben Penn

Ben Penn is a senior reporter covering the Justice Department for Bloomberg Law, where he’s worked since 2013. He spent his first nine years at this newsroom as a labor reporter and previously covered education and health care at other outlets. Penn was a Knight-Wallace journalism fellow at the University of Michigan in the 2018-2019 academic year. A Washington area native, he graduated from the University of Maryland with a journalism degree.
