Brookfield-Backed Data Center Firm Csquare Files for US IPO

Csquare Inc., a data center company backed by Brookfield Corp., filed publicly for a US initial public offering, joining a rush of debuts linked to artificial intelligence infrastructure.

The Dallas-based owner and operator of 64 data center sites in the US, Canada and the UK had a net loss of $66 million on revenue of $270.5 million in the three months ended March 31, compared with a net loss of $34.9 million on revenue of $232.8 million a year earlier, according to its filing Tuesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
