CFPB ‘Mass Layoff’ Expected in Coming Days, Employee Union Says

Acting Consumer Financial Protection Bureau chief Russell Vought is planning a “mass layoff” at the consumer watchdog that “may occur imminently,” the agency’s union said in a Thursday court filing.
