Fed Terminates Action Against Goldman Tied to 1MDB Fine (1)

The Federal Reserve is terminating a 2020 enforcement action against Goldman Sachs Group Inc., according to a statement.

• The Fed fined Goldman $154 million in 2020 for the bank’s role in the plundering of Malaysia’s 1MDB investment fund
• A representative for Goldman declined to comment
