Goldman’s Russell Horwitz to Retire After Nearly Two Decades

Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s Russell Horwitz, the bank’s chief of staff, will retire from its partnership after working for nearly two decades at the Wall Street firm.

Horwitz, 55, will step down at the end of June, according to a memo from Chief Executive Officer David Solomon. He will then become an advisory director at the firm.
