Milbank is launching a cross-disciplinary Digital Infrastructure Practice Group to meet the “insatiable” demand for legal guidance in the race for AI market domination.
“Given the volume of deals out there, there’s starting to be a concern about capacity,” said Jaime Ramirez, a co-leader of the new group with a focus on the acquisition, development and financing of energy and infrastructure. “I think that some firms are too small in this space and people are noticing.”
