Coliwoo Is Said to Seek $77 Million in Singapore Listing (1)

Coliwoo Holdings Ltd., one of the largest co-living accommodation operators in Singapore, is seeking to raise around S$100 million ($77 million) from an initial public offering in the city-state, people with knowledge of the matter said.

The company, backed by property management services group LHN Ltd., plans to start marketing to investors later this month, the people said, asking not to be identified because the process is private. Deliberations are ongoing and the size and timing of the potential IPO could change, they added.
