Colombia, Venezuela May Team Up to Produce Oil, Petro Says

Colombian President Gustavo Petro said there was a chance that Ecopetrol SA could partner with Venezuela’s state oil company Petroleos de Venezuela to exploit oil and gas fields there, El Tiempo reports.
