Delivery Hero SE said it’s evaluating options to improve its finances and operations, including changes to its capital structure, after coming under pressure from major shareholders to conduct a strategic review.
The German food-delivery company said it would consider strategic partnerships and assess which owners would be best for some assets and country operations, according to a statement Tuesday. The review, spelled out in a letter to shareholders, also covers “capital structure and capital allocation measures” to unlock value.
