Erika Jayne, star of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, settled a $25 million lawsuit filed five years ago over alleged personal expenses paid from her estranged husband’s bankrupt law firm.
The television personality reached an undisclosed settlement with the trustee overseeing the involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy of the Los Angeles-based law firm Girardi Keese, according to a May 21 notification to the US District Court for the Central District of California, filed ahead of trial.
The court urged parties to immediately file a notice of settlement and file a request to dismiss the case by May 26.
