Florida’s Natural Growers Inc. has sought help trying to improve its business as the wider orange juice sector grapples with significant headwinds in recent years.
The juice maker has engaged CR3 Partners, a turnaround and performance-improvement firm that aids businesses in stress or distress, according to a person with knowledge of the matter who asked not to be identified discussing private information. Florida’s Natural produces and distributes a range of citrus products nationally under that brand.
A spokesperson for Florida’s Natural declined to comment, while CR3 did not respond to requests for comment.
