A group of lenders urged a court to dismiss the bankruptcy of Thrill Holdings LLC, which produces MTV’s “Ridiculousness” show, alleging it was initiated by “ousted managers” with ulterior motives.
The bankruptcy petition was filed by law firm Garman Turner Gordon LLP, which was appointed as the debtor’s counsel by managers who had already been removed from their positions, the lenders said in a Wednesday motion in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada.
