Oi received resignation letters from CEO Marcelo Milliet and CFO Rodrigo Caldas Toledo Aguiar, according to a company filing.

• Company said Fabio Wagner, Andre Tavares Paradizi, Gustavo Roberto Brambila and Mecelo Augusto Leite de Moraes will make up a transition committee
