Oi’s judicial manager, Bruno Rezende, warned in a petition of a possible insolvency of the group following a court ruling, the company said in a filing.
- Judicial manager said Oi might be unable to follow its current judicial recovery plan and to pay extra-bankruptcy debts
- If there is a liquidation, judicial manager asked court to allow for a temporary continuation of the company’s activities until all its services are fully transferred
