Agriculture Department funding for farm conservation and education programs worth billions of dollars remains frozen as the White House reviews Biden-era initiatives, according to a senior staffer for Senate Agriculture Committee ranking member Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.).

Klobuchar said she received a list of “15 programs affected by the funding freeze” from USDA during a Tuesday Senate Agriculture confirmation hearing.
