AI Chip Controls Must Pass Congress, China Hawk Banks Urges (1)

Congress must pass stricter US export controls to clamp down on Beijing’s access to advanced artificial intelligence chips, China hawk Sen. Jim Banks (R-Ind.) said Tuesday at the annual Hill and Valley Forum in Washington.
