BGOV Bill Analysis: Block Military Equipment Sales to Israel

US arms sales to Israel approved by the Trump administration would be blocked by a pair of joint resolutions under the Arms Export Control Act:

  • S. J. Res. 32 would block the sale approved in February 2025 of Caterpillar D9 bulldozers and related logistical support valued at $295 million.
  • S. J. Res. 138 would prevent the sale approved in March of 12,000 BLU-110 general purpose 1,000-pound gravity bombs valued at $151.8 million, plus related engineering, logistics, and technical support services.
