President Donald Trump’s tax, immigration, energy, and health-care priorities would be enacted under the Senate-passed version of Republicans’ sweeping reconciliation bill (H.R. 1) that allows them to bypass Democratic opposition.

The measure would make permanent lower tax rates from Republicans’ marquee 2017 tax law (Public Law 115-97) that expire at the end of the year and increase the debt limit by $5 trillion.
