NATO Gets Bipartisan Show of Senate Backing Amid Trump Criticism

A bipartisan group of senators reiterated their support for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and underscored the Senate’s say over any proposed withdrawal after President Donald Trump’s repeated criticism of the organization.

“As an alliance of 32 nations, we will always have our differences, but it is critical that we work together to strengthen – not divide – our partnership,” the bipartisan collection of senators, led by Sens.
