Democrats could win up to three more House seats in Colorado in the 2028 election under a proposed congressional map that a party-backed group is seeking to implement through a statewide ballot initiative.
The group, Coloradans for a Level Playing Field, would ask voters in the November election to adopt new House districts for the 2028 and 2030 elections and temporarily bypass the state redistricting commission that put the current map in place.
