Democrat Targeted in FBI Video Inquiry Says He Won’t Comply

Pennsylvania Democrat Rep. Chris Deluzio said he won’t participate in a voluntary FBI request for an interview related to his role in a video reminding troops not to comply with unlawful orders.

“I’m not doing that,” Deluzio said at a Bloomberg Government roundtable Wednesday.

The FBI last month said it was investigating the six Democratic lawmakers, including DeLuzio, who filmed a message urging US troops not to obey illegal orders.
