A Federal Emergency Management Agency official who was fired last month is suing over what she alleges was an unlawful termination over payments to New York City for migrant accommodations.
Former Chief Financial Officer Mary Comans filed suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, saying FEMA “unceremoniously terminated” her without cause and defamed her.
