The White House on Monday confirmed it fired J. Todd Inman as a member of the nation’s top body investigating transportation accidents.
Inman said the Trump administration didn’t give any reason when it fired him on Friday from the five-member National Transportation Safety Board, where he played key roles investigating incidents such as the 2025 midair collision between a passenger jet and a US Army helicopter that killed 67 people.
