The Republican Party should keep catering to MAGA voters after President Donald Trump leaves office, Rep. Brandon Gill, the youngest Republican in Congress, said Wednesday.
In an interview with Bloomberg Government, Gill (Texas) said Trump “broke the political correctness mold, which was social censorship,” and gave a voice to a new population of voters.
“These people aren’t going away,” Gill said. “So the question is, are we going to listen to them going forward or not?” And I think it would be really unwise for us to ignore them.”
