A slew of Heritage Foundation staffers departed for a conservative group founded by ex-Vice President Mike Pence in the latest blow to the MAGA institution.
Advancing American Freedom, Pence’s group, said Monday that it was embarking on a major expansion with more than a dozen new hires from the Heritage Foundation, which has been in turmoil for weeks. Heritage President Kevin Roberts prompted criticism and departures after defending ties to Tucker Carlson following his interview in October with White nationalist Nick Fuentes.
