The House is set to vote this week on legislation to fund the Department of Homeland Security, which is partially shutdown after its appropriations lapsed Feb. 13.

The House Rules Committee is scheduled to meet Tuesday to set the terms of floor debate on the measure, which would require a simple majority for passage. It postponed consideration of two immigration-related bills that were initially teed up for this week.
