It’s prove-it time for the House.

The chamber’s Republican leaders hope to advance a sweeping budget resolution this week that could validate their legislative strategy — packaging President Donald Trump’s tax cuts and border security measures into one giant bill.

House leaders say that’s the only way to unite everyone in their conference and get both priorities over the finish line.
