House Republicans are urging Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to defend his record in writing after he rejected their schedule for an in-person impeachment hearing and offered to testify later.
Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Green (Tenn.) wrote to Mayorkason Wednesday, accusing him of “endless delay tactics” and inviting him to provide written testimony by Jan. 28.
