House GOP Chair Targets Clintons for Contempt in Epstein Probe

Republican House Oversight Chair James Comer said Wednesday he will seek criminal contempt charges against Bill and Hillary Clinton for defying subpoenas to testify in his committee’s investigation of disgraced financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The Clintons and Comer are locked in a fierce battle over House Republicans’ handling of the Epstein probe, with the former president and his wife accusing Comer in a public letter Tuesday of mounting a partisan campaign to obfuscate rather than discover the truth about Epstein.
