House Republicans are rushing to stay on track of an ambitious timeline to get a sweeping reconciliation bill out of their chamber by Memorial Day.

GOP lawmakers on key committees are aiming to mark up their pieces of a massive tax and spending cuts package next week, setting up a floor vote on the final legislation sometime the week after next, but Republicans still have several thorny issues to resolve before they can put up the bill for a vote.
