House Republicans released a $64.9 billion bill to fund the Department of Homeland Security in fiscal 2027.

The measure includes $11.3 billion for the Transportation Security Administration, $14.6 billion for the Coast Guard, and $34.1 billion for the Federal Emergency Management Agency for disaster preparation, response, and recovery as the US enters hurricane season.
