The House on Tuesday passed three measures that would rescind Biden-era land use management decisions aimed at limiting fossil fuel energy development.

The GOP since the beginning of the year has used the Congressional Review Act to reverse key aspects of former President Joe Biden’s clean energy agenda. President Donald Trump has pushed new policies to expand traditional fossil fuel energy production to bolster the US power grid.
