ICE Taps Multi-Billion Pentagon Logistics Contract for Work

The Department of Homeland Security is expanding its use of a $55 billion military logistics contract for immigration operations — most recently to support Immigration and Customs Enforcement surge activities in St. Paul, Minn.

ICE awarded Response AI Solutions LLC a $2.6 million contract Feb. 9 to meet an urgent demand for supplies and services for law enforcement activities in St. Paul. The award was just days before the Trump administration announced it would end its immigration blitz in Minnesota. The department is also now in the midst of a shutdown following backlash over those operations.
