Illinois Democratic Senate Race Likely to Crown Durbin Successor

A Senate Democratic primary in true-blue Illinois on Tuesday to pick the successor to Sen. Dick Durbin could turn on big infusions of campaign dollars and narrow differences on immigration policy.
