Kennedy Center Board Moves to Add Trump’s Name to Venue (2)

The board of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts voted Thursday to rename Washington’s premier arts venue after President Donald Trump as well as the late former president.

It’s unclear if the board, which was handpicked by Trump, has the legal authority to change the name of the facility.

“The Kennedy Center Board of Trustees voted unanimously today to name the institution The Donald J. Trump and The John F.
