Lawmakers Ask DOD to Blacklist Chinese EV Battery Company CATL

House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party Chairman John Moolenaar and Senator Marco Rubio request that the Department of Defense blacklist Contemporary Amperex Technology Limited, according to a letter sent to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.
