Reps. Ann Wagner and Darrell Issa are both running for the House Foreign Affairs Committee chairmanship next year, their offices confirmed, even though Chairman Michael McCaul (R-Texas) plans to seek a waiver to keep the top job.
Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.) also plans to run, a source familiar said.
